Laser Cutting

C02 or fibre laser cutting is most effective in terms of cutting and of tolerances, for carbon steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium thicknesses of up to 25mm.

We use several cutting tables, with dimensions of up to 14 metres, and double head lasers to optimise medium and large series cutting.

We study your specific project to minimise material loss, to ensure that your tolerances are maintained and to ensure optimal performance in long-length folding for larger dimensions.

Laser cutting with automated vertical storage and Lift Master, for speedy execution of small parts on 3,000 x 1,500 sheet metal and for the precision required for long lengths on our 14,000 x 3,500mm cutting table.

We also have a laser tube with a loader for 6 metre bars. The laser tube cutting process allows for 2D laser cutting on a structural section, a flexible loading system for different types of tubes ranging up to 6 metres in length.

The chuck can accommodate a wide range of sizes and diameters. A splash guard to keep parts clean, protect them from any spray on the thinner walls and avoid the metal sticking to the opposite sides.
