With comprehensive and efficient production equipment, we can meet all our clients’ machining, turning or free-cutting needs. We deal with medium to large series in common materials as well as specialised steels.
Machining
Lidermetal is an essential partner for sourcing medium and large-series machined parts. We also guarantee the highest levels of flexibility and responsiveness.
Our workshop is exclusively digital (CNC), and programming is carried out either directly on the machine in conversational mode or based on a 3D computer-assisted design (CAD-based) plan.
We have established partnerships with recognised companies in the chemical treatment field in order to provide finished parts with coatings, Anodizing (anodic oxidation in sulphuric acid and hard coat anodic oxidation), nickel-plating, galvanising, dichromate and chromate plating.
